At BÉIS Travel Canada, we want you to love your gear as much as we do, which is why we offer a 90-day return window for most items in new, unused condition. Please note that a $15 CAD return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, while exchanges and store credit options are always free.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and Canadian postal code to start the process and select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Choose Your Method
Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method, a direct product exchange, or a BÉIS store credit voucher.
Pack and Label
Print your prepaid Canada Post shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective dust bags are included.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized Canada Post location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
